SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At SOY_YOSA, each piece is unique and handmade with great detail, so we treat every order with special care. Below is our policy regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.

1. SHIPPING

Where do we ship?
We ship throughout Mexico and to several countries abroad. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@soy-yosa.com for a personalized shipping quote.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package size. The amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Processing and delivery times
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and the final destination:

  • Domestic shipments within Mexico: 2 to 7 business days

  • International shipments: approximately 7 to 20 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.

Packaging
All pieces are carefully packaged with protective materials. Each shipment includes a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Regarding the artwork
All our artworks are unique, handmade, and collectible; therefore, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.

Exceptions
Exchanges or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The package shows evident damage upon delivery, supported by photographic evidence.

  • The contents of the package do not match the order (incorrect or incomplete artwork).

In any of these cases, you must contact us by email at info@soy-yosa.com within 3 calendar days after delivery, attaching your order number, clear photos of the packaging and piece, and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs procedures on international shipments.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct address and contact information.

  • For international orders, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price and must be covered by the buyer according to their country’s regulations.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND RESHIPPING

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address is complete and correct.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, prolonged absence, or any reason attributable to the customer, the cost of reshipping must be covered again by the buyer.

Tax Consideration Regarding VAT

According to current legislation, the artworks available on this site are considered original artistic works and are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax). This applies to both domestic sales and exports.
If a tax receipt is required, it will be issued reflecting this exemption accordingly.
