Yes. All works available in the shop are original and handmade by Yosafat Delgado (SOY_YOSA) . Some are part of limited series, but each one is individually crafted, with minimal variations that make them unique. All include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Yes. We accept commissioned projects and special collaborations. If you'd like a custom piece or have an idea you'd like to develop, please write to us directly at info@soy-yosa.com to discuss timing, feasibility, and a quote.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the parcel service:

Shipping within Mexico: between 3 and 10 business days

All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time before shipping.

No. Since the pieces are handcrafted, original, and collectible, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal dissatisfaction. Exchanges will only be considered in cases of obvious damage or shipping errors. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information.
If your order shows visible damage, it's important that you take photos of the packaging and artwork as soon as you receive it and contact us no later than three calendar days after delivery. We'll evaluate your case and respond with an appropriate solution.
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, as well as secure platforms like Stripe and PayPal. Payments are made in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD), depending on the buyer's country.
No. The pieces offered are considered original works of art, handmade by artist Yosafat Delgado Mandujano. According to Mexican tax law (Article 9, Section IV of the VAT Law), these sales are exempt from VAT.
For international orders, import taxes or customs charges are not included in the price and must be covered by the buyer according to their country's policies.
