All our artworks are unique, handmade, and collectible; therefore, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
Exchanges or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
- The package shows evident damage upon delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
- The contents of the package do not match the order (incorrect or incomplete artwork).
In any of these cases, you must contact us by email at info@soy-yosa.com within 3 calendar days after delivery, attaching your order number, clear photos of the packaging and the piece, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and final destination:
